Return/Exchange Policy

Change or cancel orders
Due to daily inventory fluctuations, if the item you ordered is out of stock, our customer service will contact you to discuss changing the shirt. If you do not wish to change, you can cancel your order and receive a refund.
Note: After placing an order, if you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours to make the change. Customized items (with names, numbers, or advertisements) cannot be exchanged or canceled after 24 hours.
Replace product defects:
If you find any quality issues with our product after receiving it (ensuring that the product is not in use), please contact our customer service team for return or exchange processing.
Attention: If the clothes have threads, you can use scissors to cut them yourself; This is not a quality issue.
Reimbursement method:
When your order meets our return/exchange conditions, please contact us to apply for a refund.
